本人の価値観を人生の最期まで尊重した生き方を実現するための話し合いのプロセス(Advance Care Planning以下、ACP)では、その意思決定の難しさゆえに、ACP実践者の心理的負担は大きく、意思決定支援が困難となる。本研究では、①訪問看護師のACP実践上の倫理的課題を抽出し、②プロフェッショナリズムの理念をベースとしたACP実践のためのDX教材を作成する。③教材体験後の訪問看護師の権利擁護の視点と倫理的行動力を確認し、④ACP研修等へのDX教材の貸し出しを行う。これらを通し、倫理的課題解決能力を強化し、ACP実践力の向上をめざす。
