| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究は、技術教育の効率性や看護技術の向上のために小児看護技術教育のDX化を目指す。具体的には、看護学生の注視行動をトレーニングするデジタル教材の開発と、技術練習で得られたデータの分析から教育者側と学習側双方へのフィードバックが得られるプログラムを構築し、その有用性を検証する。まず、デジタル教材には拡張現実（Augmented Reality：以下、AR）を用い、小児の療養環境を観察する視線について、タスクトレーニング前後の視線動向の変化を調査する。次に、タスクトレーニングから得られたデータから、観察力の定量化および技術力向上に必要な教授内容の発見など、新たな価値を生み出す仕組みを構築する。
