Outline of Research at the Start

第1段階は，身体拘束減少化をめざした介入コンテンツを洗練する．第2段階は，第1段階で作成したコンテンツが利用できるアプリケーションを開発し，1病棟でのフィージビリティ調査を実施し，EBP実装ツールとして作成する．第3段階は，第2段階で作成したEBP実装ツールを10病棟で用いるランダム化比較試験を実施し，インターネットを経由して収集した利用状況のデータと看護師へのインタビュー調査と質問紙調査により，精神科病棟の看護におけるEBP実装ツールの有効性を検証するとともに，EBPの阻害要因・促進要因を明らかにし，EBP実装モデルを開発する．
