Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、看護職を対象とした合意形成を組み込んだ看護倫理教育プログラムの開発を目的とする。方法は、１）医療現場の話合いにおける看護職のナビゲーション的役割について考察した上で、看護職の役割と倫理の内容を含む「看護倫理における合意形成」研修を実施する。２）研修受講者に対して、医療現場で応用可能な看護倫理の教育内容かどうかについて質問紙調査とインタビュー調査を行う。３）調査結果を反映させた修正版「看護倫理における合意形成」研修の実施および２回目の研修受講後の質問紙調査を行ったのち、４）教育プログラムの精度の向上をはかるとともに、「看護倫理教育における合意形成」研修用のテキスト作成を行う。
