Outline of Research at the Start

ポストコロナ時代を迎え、患者、住民、社会からの要請に応え、専門職として社会を変えるために行動できる看護職を育成する重要性がますます高まっている。不確実で変化が激しく多様性が尊重される時代において、持続可能性の高い医療・社会を実現するには、社会の変化に関心を寄せ、自らの経験を省察し判断して行動していくプロフェッショナリズム教育プログラムを開発することが重要である。そこで、本研究は経験学習に基づくポストコロナ時代の看護学生のプロフェッショナリズム教育プログラムを開発・評価することを目的とする。
