Outline of Research at the Start

閉経後乳がん患者の内分泌療法によって生じる癌治療関連骨減少症（Cancer Treatment-Induced Bone Loss；CTIBL）は、骨粗鬆症や骨折を招き、QOLや生命予後に大きな影響を及ぼす。本研究では内分泌療法を行う閉経後乳がん患者のセルフマネジメントを強化し、骨粗鬆症や骨折の予防を目指した健康管理を支援することを目的として、骨の健康を守る看護ケアプログラムを開発する。開発した看護ケアプログラムを実施し、CTIBLによる骨粗鬆症や骨折の予防、QOLに与える効果があるか検証する。
