Outline of Research at the Start	研究デザイン：前向き観察研究を実施する。方法：対象は大腸がんで一時的回腸ストーマを造設した患者である。ストーマ外来でデータ（ストーマ管理方法、合併症の有無、血液データなど）を調査開始時と1カ月後時点で収集する。1カ月後は回腸ストーマから排便を収集する。患者は１カ月間毎日の体調、排便の性状・量、ストーマ管理状況、食事内容をLineで報告（日記）する。分析方法：便はショットガンゲノム解析（タカラバイオ）を実施する。患者データおよび日記は記述統計をする。合併症の有無、排便状態、患者報告健康評価、食事習慣で腸内細菌叢の多様性やタイプに違いがあるのか検証する。排便の硬さに影響する因子を探索する。
