| Outline of Research at the Start |
一次調査である全国のがん治療施設および生殖医療施設に所属する看護師を対象とした質問紙調査から成人女性がんサバイバーに対する妊娠・出産，育児支援の実態と看護師間連携の課題を明らかにする．二次調査では，インタビュー調査から多様な専門性を有する看護師の具体的支援内容と看護師間連携に関する実際を明らかにする．これらの結果から，がんサバイバーの妊娠・出産,育児支援に携わる看護師の責任分担マトリクス（Responsibility assignment matrix：以降，RAM）を作成する．RAMとは重要な課題に対する責任を明確にするためのツールである．最終年度に臨床現場でRMA運用の効果を検証し，最終版を作成する．
