| Outline of Research at the Start |
インスリン注射による皮下硬結へ注射することが原因となり、血糖コントロール不良を引き起こすことが注目されている。看護師がインスリン注射の指導を行うため、適切な看護を行う必要があるが、糖尿病領域や皮膚科領域以外では皮下硬結に対する看護師の認識が低く、対応できていないという事例報告がある（横田ら，2020）。しかし、大規模な調査は行われておらず、皮下硬結に対する看護師の認識の程度や看護の現状が明らかになっていない。本研究では、看護師の皮下硬結に対する認識と看護に関する調査を行い、その結果を踏まえた看護教育プログラムを開発する。そして開発したプログラムの効果を検証する。
