Outline of Research at the Start	病院内における患者の心停止の多くが、その前兆として何らかの異常所見を示すことに着目した院内迅速対応システム (Rapid Response System) において、日頃から患者の側に居る看護師が、患者急変の前兆を認識し、専門の対応チームに連絡するなどの対応を早期に行うことは重要である。本研究では、臨床看護師の患者急変の前兆を早期認識し、対応するために必要なコンピテンシーを明らかにする。その上で、「急変前兆の早期認識・対応における臨床看護コンピテンシー尺度」を開発し、このコンピテンシーを高めるための教育プログラムの作成を行う。
