Outline of Research at the Start

在宅ホスピスケアを受ける終末期がん患者に対する在宅ホスピスナーシングケアの質評価と地域連携における課題の明確化に向け、申請者が開発した在宅ホスピスナーシングケア尺度、および、ケアの推進に必要な地域連携の質への関連が予測される要因を含めた質問紙を作成し、訪問看護師を対象に大規模調査を実施する。得られたデータを集計・分析し、地域におけるがんエンド・オブ・ライフを支えるケアの質を評価するとともに、地域連携における課題を特定し、ケアシステムの改善に取り組むための根拠とする。
