| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究の目的は、青年期以降の自閉スペクトラム症者の対人関係能力を高める治療プログラムを検討することである。
治療プログラムとして、個人を対象とした介入と集団を対象とした介入を併用する。個人を対象とした介入として、自閉スペクトラム症者の自己に対する意識が高まることと対人機能の改善に影響を与えること、それらの効果が維持されていたことが示唆されている申請者が作成した介入プログラム、集団を対象とした介入として、精神科デイケアにおいて広く実施されており、自閉スペクトラム症者も多く参加する集団プログラムである料理プログラムを実施する。
