Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、①第1相：体系的に研究領域の基盤となる主要な概念や知識を概説するスコーピングレビューを用いて、手術看護を構成する要素を検討する。②第2相：病院に勤務ている手術CNを対象に行動結果面接法にて半構成的なインタビュー調査を実施し、コンピテンシー・ディクショナリー（Spencer & Spencer1993／梅津ら2011）にてコンピテンシーの要素と構造を明らかにする。③第3相：第1相・第2相の結果の妥当性について、デルファイ法で検証する。①～③より、手術CNのコンピテンシー・モデルを開発する。
