Outline of Research at the Start

血液透析患者の健康寿命を延伸させる上で運動を含めた身体活動の効果は明らかにされているが、運動の継続を支援する教育方法は未だに確立されていない。本研究では運動行動意図つまり運動を行おうとする気持ちに着目し、運動の継続に影響する要因を可視化したモデルを構築することを第一の目的とした。さらに、このモデルの実装ではアプリケーション・ソフトウェアに着目した。構築したモデルを基盤としたアプリケーション・ソフトウェア教材を開発し、教育方法を確立することが第二の目的である。教育方法の確立は血液透析患者の運動習慣の改善、ひいては健康寿命の延伸に寄与することが期待できる。
