ヒューマンケアリング理論を基盤として研究代表者が作成した救急看護ヒューマンケアリング実践評価スケール(Human Caring Scale for Emergency Nursing: HCSEN)による救急看護師のヒューマンケアリング実践の自己評価とメンタルヘルスの関係を明らかにし、ヒューマンケアリング理論を基盤とした救急看護師メンタルヘルスケアプログラムの開発と国内外での活用を検討する。
