Outline of Research at the Start	社会的に「がんとの共生」を目指す取り組みが行われるなかで、コンフォート（生活のなかで主体的に心地よいと実感している状態）が、がん患者のQOLを高めるにあたって重要である。申請者らは、独自のコンフォートの質問紙を開発することにより、コンフォートが健康関連QOLと関連していることを明らかにしてきた。本研究では、ピアサポーターと医療者による、がん患者のコンフォートを高める協働要因を明らかにし、健康関連QOLにつながる協働支援プログラムを開発することを目的とする。がん患者を支える人々の協働要因を明らかにし、新たな地域活性型の標準化された協働支援プログラムを開発する。
