Outline of Research at the Start

精神科では入院患者の疾患特性や閉鎖的な療養環境、職場風土の影響など、組織背景を踏まえた虐待防止対策が急務である。
本研究は精神科における虐待防止対策について、精神科領域の虐待および不適切ケアの実態と病院管理者の虐待防止対策のニーズを明らかにし、看護師への教育プログラムを構築・実施する。より効果的な教育モデルを構築するため、ニーズに応じて教育内容を検討するとともに、実施形態を調整しながら展開し、看護師の攻撃性を指標として教育効果を検証する。これにより看護師の効果的な感情マネジメントとストレスケアを提案し、虐待のない安全で質の高いケアを提供できる環境づくりに貢献する。
