Outline of Research at the Start

インスリンによる皮下腫瘤の発見には、一般的に視触診が行われる。近年、視触診では発見できない皮下腫瘤があり、エコーやCT、MRIを用いて早期に皮下腫瘤を発見できるようになった。皮下腫瘤を早期発見するには、外来で簡便に使用できるものが望ましく、ポータブルエコーを活用することで、非侵襲的に皮下脂肪組織の変化を詳細に可視化することで皮下腫瘤の早期発見、注射部位への教育的ケアの客観的評価を得ることが可能となる。しかし、皮下腫瘤の形状や性質が様々であり、エコー画像所見も異なっている。看護師がエコーを用いて検出するには、撮像時の体位やプローブの当て方、皮下腫瘤のエコー画像の特徴を具体的に示す必要がある。
