Outline of Research at the Start

社会保障給付費の増大のため、近年、平均在院日数の短縮化が非常な勢いで進み、退院支援の重要性が改めて強調されている。
平成30年度診療報酬改定で入退院支援が新設されると、退院困難な要因を有する脳卒中患者は早くから退院支援の取り組みがなされてきた。しかし、現状は患者と家族で退院先の意向が異なり、多職種による共通理解の困難が存在する。また海外でも、少子高齢化と医療費の高騰による医療費の抑制は同様である。
本研究の目的は脳卒中患者の在院日数短縮化が図られるなかで、提供されている医療サービスの質の低下の有無を評価するために、急性期病院における看護師が行う脳卒中患者退院支援評価尺度を開発することである。
