Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は口腔粘膜炎の重症度と口腔細菌の関連性を調べるものである。頭頸部腫瘍に対して放射線治療を行う前、放射線治療期間中、放射線治療終了後に口腔検体を採取し、その検体に含まれる細菌叢の組成をPCR法やシーケンス法を用いて解析する。治療期間中は口腔粘膜炎を中心とした有害事象の評価を合わせて行う。得られた口腔細菌叢の組成の変化と粘膜炎の重症度との関連性について解析する。
