Outline of Research at the Start

慢性呼吸不全患者にとって、約3割の急性増悪は原因不明であり、患者は身体状況の微妙な変化を察知する能力が予後を左右する。そこで、本研究では、先行研究で開発した人工知能（AI）技術を用いた、慢性呼吸不全患者の急性増悪予防のためのAIに基づく遠隔看護介入プログラムの構築を行うことを目的とする。具体的には、①慢性呼吸不全患者に対して無作為化比較試験を行い、急性増悪予防のためのAIに基づく遠隔看護介入プログラムの長期効果の検証を行う、②効果検証で得られた急性増悪に関する情報から、AIシステムの精度検証と改修を行う、③臨床看護職への遠隔看護支援プログラム導入方法の検討を行う。
