Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、ステップ①慢性創傷患者へ、創傷管理特定行為を行う看護師がいかなる実践をしているのか、実践を「構造」の視点から明らかにする。特定行為は、1年間の講義と演習から習得するため、ステップ②1年の研修期間、さらに研修修了後に実際の患者に実践していく積み重ねから、いかに特定行為を看護にしていくのか、実践を「生成」の視点から明らかにする。構造からは創傷管理特定行為の看護の要素を、生成からは、研修や医行為の実践による研修者の患者の捉え方や看護の意味を変換していく学び・気づきの在り様を示す。そこから、創傷管理看護実践の要素の習得に向け、特定行為研修者の学びや気づきを後押しする教育モデルの作成を目指す。
