Outline of Research at the Start

骨転移を有するがん患者は骨転移部位、治療の内容によって様々な動作制限が求められる。さらに、患者個々の生活背景に即した動作制限に関しては、従来の医療者主導の教育指導では対応が難しくなっている。そこで、患者自身が自分の病気と療養に関するテーラーメイドの知識と技術を持ち、生活と折り合いをつけながら疼痛緩和や骨折のリスクをセルフマネジメントしていく患者主導の実践が重要となる。
本研究の目的は、骨転移のあるがん患者が疼痛緩和及び骨折を予防するためにセルフマネジメントを獲得していくプロセスを明らかにし、その実証研究の結果に基づいてセルフマネジメントを促進するための看護介入モデルを開発することである。
