Outline of Research at the Start

我が国の精神医療は入院中心から地域中心への移行の途上にあり、地域精神看護の充実が期待されている。地域精神看護では、当事者や家族の生活や人生を包括的に捉える視点が必要であり、パーソナルリカバリーの概念が有効である。本研究では、精神障害をもつ人のパーソナルリカバリーを促進する地域精神看護の対話実践モデルを構築することを目的とする。地域で暮らす精神障害をもつ当事者約20名および精神科訪問看護師約20名にインタビューを行った分析結果と文献検討を基に、精神障害をもつ当事者のパーソナルリカバリーを促進する地域精神看護の対話実践モデルを構築する。
