Outline of Research at the Start

前立腺がん術後患者は、術後の下部尿路症状による身体的な問題に加え、それから派生する心理社会面の問題に対して自己管理を余儀なくされる。しかし、在院期間の短縮化や生命に直結しない下部尿路症状への過小評価等が相まり、看護師の自己管理支援が課題となっている。作成した「前立腺がん術後患者の自己管理支援プログラム」について、プログラムの洗練化を図り、適切性と臨床適用可能性を評価する。また、改定したプログラムの妥当性を検証する。
