Outline of Research at the Start	インスリン注射を同じ部位に繰り返すと皮下硬結（リポハイパートロフィー、LH）ができ、血糖コントロールが悪化したり、血糖変動が大きくなったり、予期せぬ低血糖を起こすことがある。しかし皮下硬結をつくった人に対して同じ部位に打たずに、ローテーションするようにといった単純なアドバイスだけでは、改善しない患者も少なくない。インスリン治療による皮下硬結の頻度と危険因子、皮下硬結を作りやすい患者心理を明らかにし、看護師に対する皮下硬結を作らない、あるいは皮下硬結ができた人に対する糖尿病療養指導プログラムを開発しその効果を検証する。
