Outline of Research at the Start

PICS は患者だけでなく家族にも生じ、ICU 患者の家族は、患者が ICU 退室から6ヶ月経過した後も2/3がメンタルヘルスの障害を抱えている。これらは PICS -Family ( PICS -F )と呼ばれ、患者が呈する症状と合わせて注目されつつある。 PICS -F は家族の QOL に影響を与える重要な問題であるが、 本邦においては、その実態を明らかにした調査は存在しない。そこで 本研究ではICUに入室した患者の家族を対象に、精神症状・QOL、生活調査を実施し、PICS -F の実態調査とともにリスク因子を解明することを目的 とする。本
