Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、クローン病患者の体験に基づいたヘルスリテラシー尺度を開発することである。そのためには、１）青年期から成人初期にクローン病を発症し、在宅療養生活を送っている外来患者が、ヘルスリテラシーを活用し、セルフマネジメントしながら生活の質の維持・向上できるために、申請者が進めている、患者のヘルスリテラシーに着目した療養経験の質的研究に基づいて質問項目等を検討し、クローン病患者の体験に基づいたヘルスリテラシー尺度の原案を作成する。２)１）より、クローン病患者の体験に基づいたヘルスリテラシー尺度を開発する。
