Outline of Research at the Start

特定行為研修修者には、医療の質の向上に資する活動が期待されている。活動を促進し効果的なチーム医療を提供するためには、研修終了者の所属施設毎の問題点や課題を明らかにして、個別の対策を講じることが重要であると考える。
本研究では、研究参加施設への介入を伴った観察研究を通じて、研修修了者の活動促進のためのフォローアッププログラムの適切性と有用性を検証し、検証結果を踏まえフォローアッププログラムを精錬することが目的である。
