Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は，慢性腎臓病患者の腎代替療法選択の意思決定プロセスに関わる看護師を対象にした，SDMを実践するための看護教育プログラム作成と効果の検証である．腎代替療法選択時のSDMは浸透しているとは言い難く，看護師が積極的にSDMを実践していくための方策は不充分な状況が続いている．本研究では，第1段階でSDMの実態と課題抽出，第2段階でSDMを推進する看護師のスキルや能力の明確化，第3段階で看護師の教育プログラムの作成と効果を検証する．本研究によりSDMを実践する看護師の育成が進むことによって，腎代替療法選択における患者の納得のいく意思決定に繋がる可能性があり，医療の質向上に貢献できる．
