Outline of Research at the Start

先行研究で、口腔のセルフマネジメントの支援ツールとして、「がん治療中の口腔ケアガイドブック」を作成した。ガイドブックの内容は、患者自身が口腔の状態をモニタリングできる評価ツールと、口腔ケア教育コンテンツとした。医療従事者と患者を対象にパイロットスタディし、コンテンツの構成と具体性を評価し、活用可能性が高いことを確認した。本研究は、効果的なセルフケアを促進するために、「がん治療中の口腔ケアガイドブック」に掲載している、口腔の状態をモニタリングできる評価ツールと口腔ケア教育コンテンツを、ブラウザで動作するwebアプリで提供し、医療従事者と患者が共有できる口腔セルフケア支援ツールの開発と検証を行う。
