Outline of Research at the Start

多発性硬化症患者は20～30歳代の女性に好発する疾患である。近年、疾患修飾薬による治療により再発による入院の減少、軽症化の効果がみられており「患者自身の希望・生き方」を考慮した治療へとシフトしてきている。しかし、多発性硬化症患者の妊娠、出産、育児は治療と大きく関わりまたライフプランとも関係するため患者は複雑な意思決定が必要となる。看護師は療養支援の機会の減少もあるうえ周産期における支援方法が構築されていなため支援に困難を生じている。そのため、多発性硬化症患者とその配偶者、看護師を対象に実態調査を行い現状を解析し妊娠、出産、育児に関する看護支援モデルの開発を行う。
