本研究は、保護室を長期に使用している患者の固有の状態を加味しながらストレングスを引き出すための看護実践のモデルと、看護師が患者と共同で意思決定する関係を構築するためのモデルを統合することによる行動制限最小化および患者のリカバリーや患者―看護師関係への影響について検証する。
