Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の問いは，①前立腺がん治療に伴う性機能障害にまつわる日本人の苦悩とは何か，②その苦悩に関連する要因は何か，③日本人の前立腺がん患者の性機能障害にまつわる苦悩に対応可能な看護とはいかなるものかを明らかにすることである。
まず，前立腺がん治療に伴う性機能障害に関する苦悩を測定する尺度を開発する。次に，開発した尺度を用いて，前立腺がん患者を対象とした質問紙調査を行い，前立腺がん治療に伴う性機能障害に関する苦悩に関連する要因を明らかにする。そして，その結果をもとに前立腺がん治療に携わる専門職を対象にフォーカスグループインタビューを行い，前立腺がん治療に伴う性機能障害を支える看護の方法を検討する。
