Outline of Research at the Start

臓器提供においては、個々の看護師の死生観や価値観から倫理的苦悩を生じやすいが、実際に臓器提供のどのような場面で、どのような苦悩を抱くのかなど倫理的苦悩の具体については明らかになっていない。そこで本研究では、倫理的苦悩を抱える看護師が倫理的苦悩への対処ができる実践力を高め、バーンアウトや離職をせずに、職務を継続できるよう支援するための倫理教育プログラムの開発を行うことを目的としている。
