Outline of Research at the Start

救急・クリティカルケア領域では、疾患・治療によって患者から言語情報を取ることが困難な事がある。そのような場合、看護師は非言語情報を視覚的に収集しケアに活かすことが多いが、新人看護師は、直接対面の情報収集に時間を要する。そこで、本研究では、熟練看護師の視覚的注意が行われたことを視線分析をおこない、視覚情報で何を認識し、何を認識しなかったのかを逆説的に探り、救急・クリティカルケア領域の状況認識につながる情報探索行動モデルを作成する。このモデルを新人看護師が活用することで、救急・クリティカルケア領域の看護師としての成長期間の短縮、熟練看護師の経験則をどのように蓄積するかTipsが期待される。
