Outline of Research at the Start

がん治療後早期の生殖専門職への受診相談行動は、女性としての健康を保つために重要である。有効な介入として、専門職のアドバイスや患者同士の相互コミュニケーションがあるが、女性のがん患者は、特に妊孕性への懸念に向き合うことに抵抗を伴う傾向がある。そのため、本研究は、抵抗の軽減につなげるため、e-healthを用いた患者参画型e-healthプログラムを開発する。①第1段階としてAYA世代の女性がんサバイバーの妊孕性の懸念に関する体験と支援ニーズを明らかにする②第1段階で明らかになった知識をもとに患者参画により、介入のプログラムとコンテンツ案を作成し、その効果を検証する。
