Outline of Research at the Start

こだわりや対人関係等社会性の困難さ、衝動性や不注意などの発達に特性をもった児童生徒は、学校生活において困り感や生きづらさを感じることがある。学校現場では合理的配慮が求められており、教員の適切な対応や環境整備は重要である。養護教諭は保健室来室時や健康診断時など、様々な場面で児童生徒に対応する機会がある。しかし、養護教諭養成時の特別支援に関する教育は知識を伝達する講義形式が中心であり、具体的な対応のプロセスや演習形式の教育方法は確立されていない。そこで本研究では、発達に特性をもった児童生徒への養護教諭の対応能力育成のための、実践的な教育プログラムを開発することを目的とする。
