Outline of Research at the Start

出産年齢の高齢化により糖尿病などの罹患者や、先天性心疾患など若年齢から疾患をもつ女性が医療水準の向上により妊娠の継続が可能になり、ハイリスク妊産婦・新生児が増加してきている。合併症妊娠のリスクをもつ女性とパートナーに対して、周産期の転帰を改善するために、プレコンセプションケアを提供する医療者の体制構築は非常に重要である。この体制構築を最終目的として、本研究では、1)疾患をもつ女性とパートナーのケア経験を有する看護職のプレコンセプションケアに関する知識・実践に関する調査を行う。2) 1)の成果を基に、看護職を対象としたプレコンセプションケア研修プログラムを構築し効果を検証する。
