Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、NICU等から在宅移行初期に医療的ケア児の体調管理をする家族を支援するために、訪問看護師が用いるアセスメント支援シートを作成し実用化を図ることである。本研究は、①アセスメント支援シートの作成、②アセスメント支援シートの信頼性と妥当性の検討、③実用化に向けた使用可能性の検討と試行、④実用化モデルのパイロット実施から構成され、４年計画で段階的に取り組む。
