Outline of Research at the Start

障害児通所支援事業では、医療的ケア児を含めた早期発達支援の充実が期待されているが，看護職人材の不足や発達支援の場で必要となる知識やスキル獲得の難しさなどが課題となっている。
本研究は，支援に関わる看護職一人ひとりの知識やスキルの獲得と発達支援の質の充実を目指し，児童発達支援事業で働く看護師がより良い状態で働くための教育プログラムを開発する。以下、①児童発達支援に必要な看護実践能力の明確化，②過去の看護経験や属性・能力の違いによる働く上での困難事象や個人の学習ニーズの抽出，③個人の学習ニーズ診断ツールと学習コンテンツの作成。このプロセスを通し、支援の場のニーズに適した教育プログラムの開発を試みる。
