Outline of Research at the Start

乳幼児の睡眠を評価する方法として終夜睡眠ポリグラフィやアクティグラフィ、睡眠日誌等があるが、数日間の観察を要するため、より簡便に評価できる睡眠質問票が求められる。しかし発達に伴って変化する乳幼児期の睡眠を評価する日本語の質問票は見当たらない。そのため諸外国において汎用されている乳幼児睡眠質問票であるBrief Infant Sleep Questionnaire （以下BISQ）の日本語版を作成し信頼性と妥当性を検証する。また本邦における国内標準値を算出し、標準値に基づいたスコアリングシステムの構築を行う。
