Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、先行研究で実施した妊娠・出産に関するアプリ開発評価研究を拡張し、産褥・新生児期のコンテンツを加えた上でその効果を評価する。具体的には、①産褥・新生児期の在来知の集積とその安全性と有効性について現地助産師と議論の上選択し、②WHOの産後ケアガイドラインの内容と合わせ、タンザニアの妊産婦に必要と考えられる産褥・新生児期のコンテンツを作成する。それらをすでに開発した妊娠・出産アプリに加えた上で、妊娠期から産後の継続的使用を実装し、③産後ケアの受診率及び女性と児の健康への影響を評価する。妊娠から産褥・新生児期の包括的な支援システムを完成させる。
