Outline of Research at the Start

かねてより助産師は、学校の性教育に外部講師として携わっているものの、その内容や方法は個人の力量に委ねられていた。
そこで、助産師が学校で行う性教育に共通する行動特性や能力をコンピテンシーとして明らかにする。これらを明らかにすることで、助産師の能力や専門性を可視化し、地域における助産師の専門性を活かした活用の促進とともに、性教育を担う助産師の育成、実施した教育の評価等への活用の可能性がある。
