Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、新しく作成された低出生体重児用発育曲線を用いた体格の発育情報を、早産低出生体重児で生まれた子どもの保護者に提供することが、保護者の不安感の低減につながるか、また親子関係の向上に寄与する可能性があるかを検証することを目的とする。
情報通信技術を用いた育児支援アプリケーションにより、単なる数値の羅列情報ではなく、グラフ上に児の成長がプロットされるという視覚的な情報を提供することで、保護者がより平易に児の成長を認識することができると予想される。出生体重1500g未満の児および保護者を対象とし、保護者の不安感、親子関係、健康関連QOL等を調査する。
