Outline of Research at the Start

少子化が進む我が国で、女性が安心して妊娠し子育てができ、さらに子どもが命を落とすことない環境を整えるために、母子をフォローアップする体制を強化することが急務である。特に妊娠期のメンタルヘルスの予防と妊婦の多様性を理解した適切な支援が充実しているとはいえず、妊娠期から産後まで包括的な支援が課題である。本研究では、妊娠期から産後まで多様性を尊重した適切な支援が提供できる包括的アセスメントモデルを構築する。申請者が開発した「日本版妊娠期メンタルヘルスアセスメント尺度」を基盤に妊娠期から産後１か月の母子を包括的にアセスメントする支援モデルを作成する。
