Outline of Research at the Start

妊産婦の自殺や児童虐待の増加は深刻な社会問題である。こうした状況を踏まえ、妊産婦のメンタルヘルス悪化防止や育児不安の軽減を目指した多彩な母子支援策が展開されているにもかかわらず、自ら支援を求めることができない妊産婦の存在が問題として指摘されている。本研究では、妊産婦の支援要請能力を高めて抑うつや育児ストレスを軽減させるため、科学的根拠に基づいた心理学的アプローチを用いた「妊産婦の被援助指向性を高める教育・指導プログラム」を開発する。本プログラムをもとに適切な介入を行うことで、産後のメンタルヘルス悪化や強い育児不安のリスクを減少させ、 関連が指摘される自殺や児童虐待を予防していく。
