Outline of Research at the Start

早産という母子にとって危機的状況は、母親の精神状態にとって多大な負担となり、親子関係の基盤ともいえるBonding（親から子どもへの情愛）に影響を及ぼす。分娩直後から母子分離となる早産後の母子にとってこのBondingが促進されることが重要である。Bondingは危機的状況を乗り越えていこうとする力であるレジリエンス（精神的回復力）と強い関連があることが明らかとなった。今後は、早産後の母親のレジリエンスを強化し、Bondingが促進されるための具体的な看護支援策について検討が必要である。よって、本研究では、早産後の母親のレジリエンスを客観的に評価する尺度と看護介入プログラムの開発を目的とする。
