Outline of Research at the Start

訪問看護の対象となる家族は抑うつ症状などを発症し、ペアレントトレーニングを受講できるような状況にない家族もあるため、相談対応等、対話の中で家族に変化を起こしていける家族をシステム的にとらえた支援技術の活用が効果的だと考える。対話の中で行える支援技術の獲得は、看護の質を高めるとともに訪問看護師の困難感の軽減にもつながると考える。本研究では、発達障害のような複雑な問題に対処するために有効とされている家族をシステム的に捉えた支援方法を取り入れた支援者の教育プログラムを開発し、地域で生活する発達障害児とその家族を支えると同時に、訪問看護師の看護の質を確保するとともに困難感の軽減を図ることである。
