Outline of Research at the Start

コーエン症候群は、治療法がなく生涯にわたる健康管理を必要とし、また希少疾患ゆえに疾患の特徴や子育てに関する具体的な情報が少ない疾患である。このような中で家族は、子どもの発達段階にあわせた健康管理や生活支援に難しさを感じている。本症候群の患者と家族が、必要な情報を十分に入手できることを可能とし、将来に見通しを持ちながら生活を送れるようなツール開発が求められている。本研究の目的は、コーエン症候群患者の小児期の発達段階にあわせた健康管理および生活支援に関するヘルスケアガイドブックの枠組みを考案することである。それにより、本症候群の患者と家族の生活の質向上が期待できる。
